It s been 11 years since all four of the McEllis boys have been together, but when they get word that their mother is dying, they all come running home to see her There is plenty of hurt and anger between the brothers, as well as needing some growing up, so their mother asks Mary, a local healer, to help her sons to learn how to grow, forgive and heal.Although there is an element of paranormal in the form of Mary using some magic to send the boys from 1875 to the year 2011, I still would NOT cl It s been 11 years since all four of the McEllis boys have been together, but when they get word that their mother is dying, they all come running home to see her There is plenty of hurt and anger between the brothers, as well as needing some growing up, so their mother asks Mary, a local healer, to help her sons to learn how to grow, forgive and heal.Although there is an element of paranormal in the form of Mary using some magic to send the boys from 1875 to the year 2011, I still would NOT classify this book as a paranormal at all It really is a book about 4 gorgeous cowboys finding love, passion, healing and forgiveness After the McEllis boys wake up and find themselves in a foreign house, in a foreign time, they have to learn to adjust I literally laughed out loud many, many times at the culture shock that they have to endure I mean, indoor plumbing Who would have ever thought of such an amazing invention The author paints such a wonderful picture of everything, that I was able to see it in my head The character development is phenomenal, I feel like I personally know each and every one of the characters, whether or not they are a main character or a supporting character. There are very few sex scenes, but they are written in a way that makes them very sensual and passionate They are in no way raunchy. This romance is so good that I didn t even remove a star because of the minor proofreading errors that I found The McEllis Boys comes to an end with a wonderful epilogue and an HEA ending.I was given a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review

I received a copy from the author in exchange for an honest review This is definitely one of Nicole Sturgill sfun books We actually get four stories in one about all the McEllis brothers The whole setup is a bit silly, just don t think too hard about it and enjoy the ride Even though Cav, Jamison, Ian and Andrew are brothers, they each have very distinctive personalities, so it s easy to keep them apart. It has been years since these men have been in the same room The fact that Jamison I received a copy from the author in exchange for an honest review This is definitely one of Nicole Sturgill sfun books We actually get four stories in one about all the McEllis brothers The whole setup is a bit silly, just don t think too hard about it and enjoy the ride Even though Cav, Jamison, Ian and Andrew are brothers, they each have very distinctive personalities, so it s easy to keep them apart. It has been years since these men have been in the same room The fact that Jamison is an U.S Marshall and Ian an outlaw, may clue you in how well these family dynamics are Though it was interesting to see how these four guys are now forced together and have to live together again There is certainly a strain on the relationships So on the one hand we have these four brothers slowly resolving their issues. Then there are also the individual issues and that is why they are sent to the future They are placed their within Nicole s house for a reason and as long as they don t resolve their problems, they are not going back Now cowboys from the 1800 s weren t big on talking and dealing with emotions, so it s not easy at all for them A little clue, it involves women and opening up No easy feat for these tough cowboys. We get to know each guy and girl in this book pretty well They all have a very clear storyline towards their possible happy ending It does get a bit cheesy and predictable at times, but the characters were so likeable I didn t mind.Because we have four stories, the book is a bit long, but it s written very fluently so it didn t feel that lengthy There was a lot of humor in the story, which I liked, though no laughing out loud funny For me there were certain chapters that could have been scrapped, because they didn t directly involved the brothers and felt unnecessary to me Overall a great book and if you would like to know what is to have your own real cowboy, then this is the book for you

I loved it The brothers have anger and resentment towards each other and have never seen each other for about 10 years until they get a letter from their mother saying she was sick Their mother hired a healer to send the brothers to the year 2011 to learn forgiveness, healing and love The brothers had to learn how to adjust to the new time period I laughed so many times at how clueless they were I mean, who wouldn t be they went from 1875 to 2011.The brothers found wonderful women that n I loved it The brothers have anger and resentment towards each other and have never seen each other for about 10 years until they get a letter from their mother saying she was sick Their mother hired a healer to send the brothers to the year 2011 to learn forgiveness, healing and love The brothers had to learn how to adjust to the new time period I laughed so many times at how clueless they were I mean, who wouldn t be they went from 1875 to 2011.The brothers found wonderful women that needed their help and in return, helped them to forgive, heal and love each other I love how the author had a slow pace and didn t rush through the story She made the story realistic I really loved watching them grow into amazing people I love The McEllis Boys and the women are great role models It s an amazing book to read
