This workbook breaks down Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT into common sense language in an actionable workbook format Instead of psychobabble, phrases and ideas explained in an easy to understand way and exercises giving application opportunities The author is careful to state that this is not meant to replace treatment for diagnosed mental health conditions or their treatment An insightful exercise book in a KU format.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
