This is the self help book with the best value for money currently available at It is a bit similar to Mark Goulston's Getting out of your own way and I mean this in the most positive way imaginableThis book is so full of useful and highly insightful ideas it completely escapes me why it has no reviews or ratings yet I can only speculate it is because it is not marketed well Yes the topics could be better organised and the author could have dug a bit deeper into some of the topics but nobody is perfect I hope Alison writes books and she can improve in them I am also very happy that this book is not full of pointless anecdotes Nowaydays most books have only one idea and hundreds of anecdotes to fill 200 pages This book has hundreds of great ideas and insights and only very few anecdotes A real treasure trove if you want to better understand yourself or others
