    I am almost embarrassed to say that I did not practice any of the mindful activities in this book because I rushed through it the irony of speed reading something that is telling you to slow down and live in the moment That said it was a really easy book to get through with bite sized and easy to apply suggestions for improving your life I did take down some uotes and notes to share with colleagues which was the reason I picked it up cause I needed a mindful book review so on the whole if you are looking for a little pocket guide to well being without too much philosophizing this is a decent book to read
