    Very good introduction to Intermittent Fasting and how it can jump start Ketosis I really like Kristen's style She is able to explain the whole concept of how food is used by the body relationship to insulin gluconeogenesis and ketosisIf you just need a guide to get you started with Intermittent Fasting for weight loss and health and also how to jump start your body for ketosis this is the book to readVery easy read despite technical explanations This is actually the 2nd book of Kristen's I've read and she gets better with each new bookThanks Kristen
