    Absolutely brilliant, easy recipes.Although I suffer from arthritis in my knees, and cannot do high impact exercises, or any involving kneeling down, I found the exercises amazing and easily adaptable and include some of not all in my daily Pilates exercise My son gets married next year, and I am determined to get into the size 14 dress you have inspired me and made me believe I can.

    Great book Nice intro, getting to know the author A few yep, that s me moments Recipes are good, easy to make and have tried quite a number of them Slowly getting back into training after injury so not done so much of the training exercise part yet, but looking fwd to starting.
