Hardly a 'life changing philosophy’ this reads as checklist to tick off sort out finances find some interests do some exercise write a will and plan your death Does make some valid points about society's attitudes to ageing and older people but again nothing that hasn't already been said or written about before

  2. Stefe says:

I read half of this book and skimmed the remainder because I found it very repetitive and became uite bored Most of the information is pretty much common sense On the other hand it’s great to see a book that deals with ageing There are so few around

  3. Nicolette says:

A really positive look at ageing and how we view it Well written with nice narratives garnered from years of uality time spent with older people

  4. Mookait says:

I skimmed to halfway then abandoned it It read like a pep talk and I found it a bit patronising
